Mae arolygon Iechyd a Lles Myfyrwyr y Rhwydwaith, sy\u2019n cael eu gweinyddu mewn ysgolion cynradd ac uwchradd, yn darparu dangosyddion cenedlaethol a rhanbarthol i amrywiaeth o bartneriaid polisi ac ymarfer, yn ogystal \u00e2 darparu data monitro rheolaidd i ysgolion i gynllunio gweithredu ynghylch iechyd a lles a gwerthuso iechyd a lles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I ymchwilwyr, mae data\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn cynnig cyfleoedd i ymchwilio i dueddiadau ac anghydraddoldebau mewn iechyd a lles ymhlith plant a phobl ifanc (gan gynnwys grwpiau lleiafrifol), nodi ffactorau risg ac amddiffynnol posibl, a deall r\u00f4l ysgolion mewn helpu i hybu iechyd a lles yn well. Mae amlder casglu data gennym a chryfder ein perthnasoedd ag ysgolion eisoes yn cynnig seilwaith ymchwil parod ar gyfer gwerthuso a monitro polis\u00efau newydd wrth iddynt gael eu gweithredu mewn ysgolion a lleoliadau cymunedol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#7bc144;color:#7bc144\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a4163463b5cb2f3d6b29573dc72395c2\" style=\"color:#002e62;font-size:35px\"><strong>Trosolwg o Ddata Ysgolion Uwchradd a\u2019u Cyfranogiad<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b1241757e693bca5fb245daf7d027d6f\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong>Casglu a Storio Data: <\/strong>Mae data\u2019r Rhwydwaith gan ddysgwyr oed uwchradd yn cael ei storio ym <a href=\"https:\/\/saildatabank.com\/cy\/\">manc data SAIL<\/a> ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe. Mae hyn yn caniat\u00e1u am gysylltu ymatebion i\u2019r arolwg gan ddysgwyr sy\u2019n cydsynio gyda deilliannau iechyd ac addysgol rheolaidd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"color:#002e62\" class=\"wp-block-list has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c10c24ec7c4a931af8cf8c462e65862e\">\n<li><strong>Cyfraddau Ymateb Ysgolion a Dysgwyr Uwchradd: <\/strong>Mae mwy na 90% o ysgolion uwchradd yng Nghymru yn cymryd rhan yn rheolaidd. Mae cyfraddau ymateb dysgwyr wedi cynyddu o 65% yn 2017 i 75% erbyn 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"color:#002e62\" class=\"wp-block-list has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b998bf27c45c7b271f4697ca622b918e\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/arolwg-iechyd-a-lles-myfyrwyr-y-rhwydwaith-golwg-gynhwysfawr-ar-iechyd-y-glasoed-yng-nghymru\/\"><strong>Uchafbwyntiau Arolwg Iechyd a Lles Myfyrwyr 2023 y Rhwydwaith<\/strong><\/a><strong>: <\/strong>Dyma\u2019r nifer uchaf eto i gymryd rhan, gyda 129,761 o ddysgwyr 11-16 oed o 201 o ysgolion. Cydsyniodd 43,730 o ddysgwyr (72.4% o\u2019r cyfranogwyr cymwys) i gysylltedd data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dyluniad a Chyd-destun Hanesyddol yr Arolwg Iechyd a Lles: <\/strong>Mae\u2019r Arolwg yn arolwg trawstoriadol a ailadroddir, gan gasglu data yn 2017 (n=103,971), 2019 (n=119,388), 2021 (n=123,204), ac yn 2023 (n=129,761). Gall data\u2019r Arolwg Iechyd a Lles, a ddatblygwyd o\u2019r arolwg HBSC rhyngwladol sydd wedi\u2019i gynnal yng Nghymru ers canol y 1980au, gael ei gyfuno \u00e2 setiau data hanesyddol <a href=\"https:\/\/hbsc.org\/\">HBSC<\/a> i greu cyfres amser hirsefydledig ar gyfer gwerthuso polisi ar raddfa fawr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-eaf43e398ad2eb861cd732e353c6726d\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong>Casgliad Data Holiadur Amgylchedd yr Ysgol y Rhwydwaith: <\/strong>Mae Holiadur Amgylchedd yr Ysgol yn casglu data gan arweinwyr ysgolion ar bolis\u00efau ac ymarfer, y gellir ei gyfuno ag ymatebion dysgwyr i archwilio effeithiau amgylchedd yr ysgol ar ddeilliannau dysgwyr. Mae\u2019r Holiadur wedi\u2019i gynnal ochr yn ochr \u00e2\u2019r Arolwg ers 2017. Mae\u2019r them\u00e2u hyn yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Iechyd Meddwl a Lles<\/strong>: Ymchwil i iechyd emosiynol ac iechyd meddwl, gan gynnwys ymyriadau i gefnogi iechyd meddwl dysgwyr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gweithgarwch Corfforol a Maeth<\/strong>: Astudiaethau ar hyrwyddo gweithgarwch corfforol ac arferion bwyta\u2019n iach ymhlith dysgwyr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defnyddio Sylweddau<\/strong>: Ymchwil i atal a lleihau\u2019r defnydd o sylweddau fel tybaco, alcohol a chyffuriau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Iechyd Rhywiol<\/strong>: Astudiaethau ar addysg ac ymddygiadau iechyd rhywiol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perthnasoedd Cymdeithasol<\/strong>: Ymchwil i effaith perthnasoedd cymdeithasol ar iechyd a lles dysgwyr<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r them\u00e2u hyn yn cael eu harchwilio trwy\u2019r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/ynglyn-ag-arolwg-iechyd-a-lles-myfyrwyr-y-rhwydwaith\/\">Arolwg Iechyd a Lles Myfyrwyr,<\/a> sy\u2019n casglu data oddi wrth ysgolion bob dwy flynedd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae cysylltiad annatod rhwng ffocws ein hymchwil o fewn y them\u00e2u hyn \u00e2 diddordebau ymchwilwyr iechyd a lles unigol a blaenoriaethau ein partneriaid \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/icc.gig.cymru\/\">Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru<\/a> (ICC) a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.llyw.cymru\/\">Llywodraeth Cymru<\/a>. Mae\u2019r hyblygrwydd hwn yn caniat\u00e1u i ni addasu a chysoni ein hymchwil ag anghenion sy\u2019n esblygu a materion sy\u2019n dod i\u2019r amlwg, gan sicrhau bod ein gwaith yn parhau\u2019n berthnasol ac yn effeithiol. Trwy beidio \u00e2 diffinio ein meysydd ymchwil yn gaeth, rydym yn cofleidio ein natur unigryw, gan feithrin amgylchedd cydweithredol lle gall diddordebau ymchwil amrywiol ffynnu a chyfrannu\u2019n uniongyrchol at iechyd a lles cymunedau ysgolion ar draws Cymru a thu hwnt.
