Mae&#8217;n darparu cefnogaeth i ysgolion cynradd ac uwchradd, tra&#8217;n datblygu&#8217;r partneriaethau strategol cenedlaethol a rhanbarthol sy&#8217;n cynnwys Llywodraeth Cymru; ADEW; Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru, consortia addysg a\u2019r trydydd sector. Mae ei hangerdd dros gefnogi lles plant wedi bod yn gyson drwy gydol ei gyrfa, gan dreulio dros 20 mlynedd o fewn y trydydd sector yn arwain ar ystod eang o raglenni cenedlaethol i gefnogi gwell arferion a chanlyniadau polisi ar gyfer plant sy\u2019n derbyn gofal. Mae hi hefyd wedi bod yn Llywodraethwr Ysgol am y 15 mlynedd diwethaf mewn lleoliadau ysgolion arbennig, cynradd ac uwchradd. Trosglwyddodd i DECIPHer o\u2019r Ganolfan Treialon Ymchwil (CTR) yn 2019 a daeth yn Rheolwr Arolwg SHRN yn 2021.
