{"id":14,"date":"2014-08-11T11:16:44","date_gmt":"2014-08-11T11:16:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk?page_id=14"},"modified":"2025-11-20T10:41:27","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T10:41:27","slug":"y-rhwydwaith-ymchwil-iechyd-mewn-ysgolion__trashed-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/","title":{"rendered":"Y Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd Mewn Ysgolion (SHRN)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mae&#8217;r Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd Ysgolion (SHRN) yn bartneriaeth polisi-ymarfer-ymchwil rhwng <strong>Llywodraeth Cymru, Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru, a Phrifysgol Caerdydd<\/strong> a sefydlwyd yn 2013. Nod SHRN yw <strong>gwella iechyd a lles pobl ifanc yng Nghymru<\/strong> drwy weithio gydag ysgolion cynradd a addysg uwchradd i gynhyrchu a defnyddio tystiolaeth o ansawdd da ar gyfer gwella iechyd. Mae hyn yn cynnwys <strong>arolygon lefel myfyrwyr ac ysgol, gan gasglu metrigau iechyd a lles allweddol<\/strong>. Cyfeirir at y metrigau hyn mewn dros 30 o bolis\u00efau a strategaethau cenedlaethol, gan gynnwys y <strong>Dull-Ysgol Gyfan ar gyfer Iechyd Meddwl a Lles (2021)<\/strong> ac <strong>Adroddiad Iach a Hapus Estyn (2019)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ers 2017, mae holl ysgolion uwchradd prif ffrwd Cymru wedi dod yn aelodau cofrestredig SHRN gyda <strong>dros 90%<\/strong> o ysgolion yn cwblhau Arolwg Iechyd a Lles Myfyrwyr SHRN yn 2021\/22. Mae ein harolwg ysgolion cynradd presennol yn cynnig cyfle ar gyfer gweithio cydgysylltiedig ar draws plentyndod a llencyndod, a llwybr i ddeall a chefnogi digwyddiadau fel pontio i\u2019r ysgol uwchradd yn well. Yn 2024, cynyddodd y nifer i 520 o ysgolion cynradd ledled Cymru, sy&#8217;n cynrychioli 42% o holl ysgolion cynradd y wladwriaeth. Yn 2025, bydd SHRN yn casglu data\u2019r peilot mewn Unedau Cyfeirio Disgyblion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;border-radius:0px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\"><blockquote><p>\u201cMae\u2019r Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd mewn Ysgolion, a ariennir gan Lywodraeth Cymru, yn gonglfaen o ran darparu data a thystiolaeth amhrisiadwy sy\u2019n llunio polisi ac ymarfer. Yn sgil ymestyn i ysgolion cynradd, mae\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn parhau i gynnig un o\u2019r setiau data mwyaf cynhwysfawr yn y DU. Mae\u2019r data hanfodol hwn yn ategu polis\u00efau iechyd meddwl ac addysg Llywodraeth Cymru ac mae\u2019n gyrru gwaith mawr ei effaith yn y sector addysg ehangach ac mewn academia. Mae\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn chwarae rhan flaenllaw mewn gweddnewid y tirlun addysg, gan sicrhau lles ein plant a dyfodol ein cymunedau.\u201d<\/p><cite>&#8211;<strong>Lynne Neagle AS, Ysgrifennydd y meincnodau cenedlaethol i ysgolion ac awdurdodau lleol er mwyn galluogi hunanwerthuso a chynllunio gweithredu sy&#8217;n seiliedig ar ddata.<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Cynhyrchu tystiolaeth ymchwil newydd ar y ffordd orau o wella iechyd a lles pobl ifanc yn yr ysgol:<\/strong> Mae rhwydwaith SHRN o \u2018ysgolion parod ar gyfer ymchwil\u2019 yn hwyluso cyd-gynhyrchu a gwerthuso ymyriadau ysgol gyfan megis y dull ysgol gyfan o ymdrin \u00e2 llesiant emosiynol a meddyliol..<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Galluogi cynllunio gweithredu cydgysylltiedig, gwerthuso ac adborth ar draws addysg gynradd ac uwchradd: <\/strong>Mae ehangu SHRN i ysgolion cynradd yn golygu y gall data lywio\u2019r broses o drosglwyddo dysgwyr o leoliadau cynradd i uwchradd, gyda mesurau wedi\u2019u dilysu, sy\u2019n briodol i\u2019w hoedran sy\u2019n galluogi dealltwriaeth o sut mae iechyd, lles ac ymddygiad yn datblygu ar draws arolygon..<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p gyfer Cymru: <\/strong>Mae SHRN, sy\u2019n seilwaith cenedlaethol a gefnogir gan Lywodraeth Cymru ac Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru, yn darparu data allweddol ar draws y system ysgolion i nodi beth sy\u2019n gweithio i wella iechyd a lles dysgwyr.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Helpu ysgolion, a\u2019r rhai sy\u2019n cefnogi ysgolion, i ddeall tystiolaeth ymchwil iechyd a sut y gellir ei
