{"id":4987,"date":"2020-03-24T15:42:24","date_gmt":"2020-03-24T15:42:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/?page_id=4987"},"modified":"2020-04-15T16:14:57","modified_gmt":"2020-04-15T16:14:57","slug":"iechyd-meddwl-cadarnhaol","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/iechyd-meddwl-cadarnhaol\/","title":{"rendered":"Iechyd Meddwl Cadarnhaol"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><b>Sut y gall y Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd Ysgolion gefnogi dull ysgol gyfan o hyrwyddo iechyd meddwl cadarnhaol<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019n fraint gennym glywed gan dri Athro o Brifysgol Caerdydd, sydd ag arbenigedd mewn iechyd a lles ysgolion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yr Athro Simon Murphy<\/strong>, Cyfarwyddwr y Ganolfan Datblygu a Gwerthuso Ymyriadau Cymhleth er mwyn Gwella Iechyd y Cyhoedd (DECIPHer) ac Arweinydd y Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd mewn Ysgolion (SHRN)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ac iechyd meddwl pobl ifanc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yr Athro Stephan Collishaw<\/strong>, Cadeirydd Personol yr Is-adran Meddygaeth Seicolegol a Niwrowyddorau Clinigol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yr Athro Frances Rice<\/strong>, Athro Seicopatholeg Datblygiadol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae eu cyflwyniadau yn rhoi sylw i\u2019r canlynol:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Y cyd-destun polisi ac ymchwil yng Nghymru a r\u00f4l y Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd Ysgolion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cefndir y mesurau iechyd meddwl a lles a gynhwysir yn yr Arolwg Iechyd a Lles Myfyrwyr a sut i ddehongli data a gyflwynwyd eleni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Goblygiadau ymarferol iechyd meddwl disgyblion i ysgolion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Y ffordd orau i ysgolion gefnogi iechyd meddwl disgyblion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cynlluniwyd hwn fel gweminar, fodd bynnag, oherwydd cyfyngiadau gwaith yn ymwneud \u00e2 Covid-19, recordiwyd y tri chyflwyniad ar wah\u00e2n.  <br>Mae hyn wedi arwain at rai materion technegol, felly er mwyn egluro&#8217;r cyflwyniadau llafar, rydym hefyd wedi darparu trawsgrifiadau ysgrifenedig o&#8217;r hyn y dywedwyd ei fod yn cyd-fynd \u00e2 phob sleid.
