Wrth s\u00f4n am brofiad o fod mewn gofal, cyfeiriwn at y rhai sydd mewn gofal maeth, gofal preswyl, sy\u2019n byw gyda ffrindiau neu deulu (gofal gan berthynas), neu\u2019r rhai sydd wedi cael eu mabwysiadu. Fe wnaeth yr astudiaeth gynnwys adolygu ymatebion i arolwg a gasglwyd yn 2017\/18 fel rhan o\u2019r Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd mewn Ysgolion (y Rhwydwaith), i ddeall darpariaeth iechyd meddwl ysgolion gan ddefnyddio Arolwg Iechyd a Lles Myfyrwyr y Rhwydwaith a Holiadur Amgylchedd yr Ysgol y Rhwydwaith. Hefyd, cynhwysom wybodaeth gan ofalwyr a staff mewn gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl a gofal cymdeithasol. Dyma grynodeb o\u2019u safbwyntiau am anghenion a chymorth lles mewn ysgolion a cholegau.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-44770e033ba57c603973956bb1ca67d7\" style=\"color:#002e62;font-size:50px\"><strong>Canfyddiadau allweddol<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12589255b58a2344f59cb558c98fe5c5\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong>Anghenion Lles Dysgwyr mewn Ysgolion Uwchradd: <\/strong>Datgelodd arolwg y Rhwydwaith fod lles plant a phobl ifanc sydd \u00e2 phrofiad o fod mewn gofal yn waeth na\u2019u cymheiriaid, gyda\u2019r lefelau lles isaf ymhlith y rhai mewn gofal preswyl. Nododd ein cyfweliadau gyfnodau hollbwysig o fwy o angen, er enghraifft yn ystod pontio o\u2019r ysgol gynradd i\u2019r ysgol uwchradd, cyfnodau arholi a\u2019r cyfnod hyd at wyliau\u2019r ysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7dbfed857406cfe1a6c5a41c579b0fd2\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong>Anghenion Lles Myfyrwyr mewn Colegau AB:<\/strong> Fe wnaeth pontio i\u2019r coleg greu heriau ychwanegol o ran lles, gan gynnwys gwneud ffrindiau newydd, pryderon ymarferol am arian a theithio, dewis y cwrs cywir a cholli cefnogaeth yr ysgol. Yn y coleg, wynebodd myfyrwyr bwysau i gyflawni\u2019n dda yn academaidd a phryderon am symud tuag at fyw\u2019n annibynnol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2edbb5c38267e8732631330542153dcb\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong>Cefnogaeth mewn Ysgolion Uwchradd:<\/strong> Mabwysiadodd ysgolion ddull sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar yr unigolyn, gan ganolbwyntio ar anghenion dysgwyr unigol. Yn aml, roedd amgylchedd yr ysgol yn wasanaeth cymorth, gyda dysgwyr yn amlygu hoff wersi a chlybiau. Roedd cyfeillgarwch yn chwarae rhan hollbwysig yn eu lles. Serch hynny, roedd bylchau amlwg yn y cymorth i fyfyrwyr wedi\u2019u mabwysiadu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-63b75f6efe07a36afb6db37e10228f74\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong>Cymorth mewn colegau AB: <\/strong>\u00a0Fe wnaeth cymorth yn ystod y pontio o\u2019r ysgol i\u2019r coleg gynnwys cyngor gyrfaol ac ymweliadau \u00e2 cholegau yn ystod amseroedd tawelach. Ar \u00f4l pontio, darparodd timau bugeiliol gymorth teilwredig, yn enwedig i fyfyrwyr sy\u2019n symud i fyw\u2019n annibynnol.
