Trwy gydol y digwyddiadau, cyfeiriodd ysgolion at y cipolygon gwerthfawr, wedi\u2019u gyrru gan ddata, a gafwyd o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/shrn-national-data-and-reports\/\">adroddiadau\u2019r ysgol gan y Rhwydwaith<\/a>, gan ddefnyddio data i amlygu meysydd allweddol i\u2019w datblygu. Mae dull y Rhwydwaith, wedi\u2019i yrru gan ddata, wedi dod yn arf hanfodol i ysgolion wrth hunanwerthuso\u2019r Dull Ysgol gyfan. Trwy ddadansoddi eu data pwrpasol, mae\u2019r ysgolion hyn wedi gallu nodi meysydd datblygu allweddol ar gyfer iechyd a lles dysgwyr. Mae dull y Rhwydwaith, wedi\u2019i yrru gan ddata, wedi dod yn arf hanfodol i ysgolion wrth iddynt hunanwerthuso\u2019r Dull Ysgol Gyfan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-55cb11b8392ba444ea74d977d4f229c5\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong><strong>Gweithgareddau difyr<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ce357d1b49ccac28de986e38f45df14a\" style=\"color:#002e62\">Yn ogystal \u00e2 chyflwyniadau gan ysgolion, cawsom ein gwahodd hefyd i gael i\u2019r cyfranogwyr \u2013 yn ddysgwyr ac yn athrawon \u2013 gymryd rhan mewn gweithgaredd ryngweithiol oedd yn uniongyrchol gysylltiedig \u00e2 them\u00e2u canolog lles emosiynol a meddyliol. A ninnau eisiau cynnig rhywbeth difyr, creadigol a chofiadwy, troesom at ddulliau ymchwil yn seiliedig ar y celfyddydau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-80776c9d3b7050d0a95348025f6fc84f\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong><strong>Dulliau Creadigol ar Waith<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 38%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f02209135a287f5ef25116d968a6c3e9\" style=\"color:#002e62\">Mae gan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/cy\/social-sciences\">Ysgol Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol Prifysgol Caerdydd<\/a> draddodiad cryf o ddefnyddio dulliau creadigol a dulliau seiliedig ar y celfyddydau i helpu pobl i archwilio a chyfleu pynciau cymhleth a heriol. Yna, caiff cyfranogwyr eu gwahodd i \u2018ddyfalu\u2019r teimlad\u2019 sy\u2019n cael ei fynegi gan ystumiau eu ffigurau ei gilydd. Mae\u2019r broses yn gwahodd cyfranogwyr i gwestiynu p\u2019un a yw ein teimladau bob amser yn weladwy \u2013 a phan fyddant yn weladwy, a allai ein teimladau edrych yn debyg i deimladau pobl eraill, neu\u2019n wahanol i\u2019w teimladau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-67786a9b6b83b28ef72441f19d5f2bf8\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong><strong>Ymgysylltu Llwyddiannus<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-94f806122417aa78e534d787e1877f94\" style=\"color:#002e62\">Er mawr boddhad i ni, roedd y gweithgaredd yn llwyddiant ysgubol! Erbyn diwedd y dydd, roedd stondin y Rhwydwaith yn gyfor o ffigurau bach lliwgar gwahanol eu si\u00e2p, eu maint a\u2019u hystum. Dychwelodd y plant i gasglu eu creadigaethau a mynd \u00e2 nhw gartref. Mae fy hanes fel myfyriwr ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd (BSc Gwyddorau Dynol a Chymdeithasol, MSc Dulliau Ymchwil Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol, PhD) yn hir, gan ddechrau yn 2016. Mae fy nghefndir academaidd yn ymgorffori Seicoleg ac Addysg gymdeithasol gritigol, gyda ffocws ymchwil penodol ar addysg cydberthynas a rhywioldeb (ACRh). Fe wnaeth ymchwil fy noethuriaeth ymgorffori dulliau ansoddol amrywiol mewn ymagwedd ddamcaniaethol \u2018\u00f4l-ansoddol\u2019 newydd, i archwilio profiadau athrawon a disgyblion Cymru o ddarpariaeth ACRh wrth gyflwyno\u2019r Cwricwlwm cenedlaethol i Gymru. Hefyd, mae\u2019n gweithio gydag ysgolion a phartneriaid ar draws Cymru, i arddangos effaith data\u2019r Rhwydwaith, yn y modd y mae\u2019n creu gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol a chadarnhaol i iechyd a lles plant a phobl ifanc. Bu Charlotte yn gweithio\u2019n flaenorol yn y trydydd sector, gan gyflwyno rhaglenni rhanbarthol a chenedlaethol a mentrau cyd-gynhyrchu i gefnogi a gwella ymarfer a deilliannau polisi i blant, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd agored i niwed.
