Yn gyntaf, hoffwn gydnabod arweinyddiaeth ragorol fy rhagflaenydd, yr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/myfyrdodau-gan-y-cyfarwyddwr-deuddeg-mlynedd-or-rhwydwaith-ymchwil-iechyd-mewn-ysgolion-2\/\">Athro Simon Murphy.<\/a> Roedd ei ymrwymiad a\u2019i weledigaeth yn hanfodol bwysig wrth sefydlu\u2019r Rhwydwaith fel rhwydwaith o\u2019r radd flaenaf. I\u2019n holl bartneriaid \u2013 o arweinwyr ysgol ac addysgwyr i gydweithwyr polisi ac ymarfer \u2013 hoffwn eich sicrhau chi nad oes newid i sylfeini\u2019r Rhwydwaith. Bydd ein hymrwymiad i gydweithredu, darparu data o ansawdd uchel a chyd-gynhyrchu gwaith sy\u2019n cael effaith, gydag ysgolion yn parhau i fod yn ganolog i\u2019n cenhadaeth. Fy nod yw dwys\u00e1u ein partneriaethau ag ysgolion, tra\u2019n cryfhau ein heffaith trwy offer ymarferol, ymgysylltu\u2019n estynedig ag ysgolion cynradd a chydweithredu\u2019n agosach \u00e2 sefydliadau allweddol, fel Llywodraeth Cymru ac Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-989a0c4ac395e361ea0dc24761c56818\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong><strong>Arweinydd ag Arbenigedd a Gweledigaeth<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1e7e5433d7946fb2c9fd1ec7dcac334c\" style=\"color:#002e62\">A minnau\u2019n Uwch Gydymaith Ymchwil yn <a href=\"https:\/\/profiles.cardiff.ac.uk\/cy\/staff\/morgank22\">Ysgol y Gwyddorau Cymdeithasolac<\/a> yn gyn Ddirprwy Gyfarwyddwr y Rhwydwaith, mae gennyf gyfoeth o wybodaeth mewn ymchwil i iechyd cyhoeddus, gan gyd-gynhyrchu a gwerthuso ymyriadau sy\u2019n cefnogi iechyd a lles plant a phobl ifanc. Mae fy sgiliau a\u2019m profiad ym maes cysylltedd data yn helpu\u2019r Rhwydwaith i ymchwilio i\u2019r systemau a\u2019r ffactorau cymdeithasol ehangach sy\u2019n effeithio ar ddeilliannau dysgwyr. Yn ddiweddar, rwy\u2019 wedi cymryd yr awenau wrth ehangu\u2019r Rhwydwaith i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/llyfryn-ysgol-gynradd\/\">ysgolion cynradd<\/a>, gan sicrhau ein bod yn cynnwys safbwyntiau plant iau i lywio ymdrechion atal cynnar. Hefyd, rwy\u2019n angerddol am hyrwyddo gweithgarwch corfforol a chwaraeon fel agweddau anhepgor ar ffordd iach o fyw &#8211; maes sy\u2019n parhau i ysbrydoli fy ngwaith a\u2019m ymrwymiad i wella iechyd a lles dysgwyr ar draws Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-ad7bf796b1510de2b024d430f02c87b8\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong><strong>Gorffennol Balch a Dyfodol Uchelgeisiol<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-be72ecc7f75b071c39c74c54542f877c\" style=\"color:#002e62\">Wrth fyfyrio ar daith y Rhwydwaith hyd yn hyn, caf fy atgoffa am y cydweithrediadau anhygoel sydd wedi gyrru ein llwyddiant. Er enghraifft, mae ein partneriaeth ag ysgolion wedi arwain at welliannau pendant yn iechyd a lles dysgwyr. Adeg arbennig o gofiadwy oedd gwrando ar ymarferwyr addysg yn disgrifio sut mae grwpiau llais y dysgwr wedi defnyddio adroddiad eu hysgol gan y Rhwydwaith i yrru gweithredoedd fel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/gweminarau-bwyd-ffitrwydd-a-gweithgaredd-corfforol\/\">hybu cwsg iachach<\/a>, gan gynnwys cyflwyno sesiynau addysg i rieni a gofalwyr, sy\u2019n dangos grym gweithredu ar y cyd ac ymarfer wedi\u2019i lywio gan dystiolaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-09f40f9d107d16e6013ce859b610b6f0\" style=\"color:#002e62\">Wrth i ni ddechrau ar y bennod newydd hon, bydd ein ffocws yn gadarn o hyd: sef cyfuno arloesi a chydweithredu i greu newid ystyrlon. Cyn hir, bydd y Rhwydwaith yn lansio <a href=\"https:\/\/decipher.uk.net\/cy\/ymchwil\/rhaglenni\/2984-2\/dangosfwrdd-digidol-lefel-ysgol\/\">dangosfwrdd lefel ysgol arloesol i ysgolion uwchradd<\/a>, gan gynnig cipolygon wedi\u2019u haddasu\u2019n bwrpasol i\u2019w grymuso i ddeall a gwella deilliannau iechyd a lles eu dysgwyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11792275b829790a7f546469054695e4\" style=\"color:#002e62\">Rwy\u2019n arbennig o falch o weithio ochr yn ochr \u00e2 th\u00eem mor dalentog a dawnus yn y Rhwydwaith. Mae eu harbenigedd, eu creadigrwydd a\u2019u hymrwymiad diysgog wrth galon llwyddiant y rhwydwaith. Mae eu cyfoeth o wybodaeth a phrofiad yn sicrhau bod y Rhwydwaith yn arwain arloesi o ran iechyd ysgolion. Wrth inni fynd yn ein blaen, rwyf yr un mor ymrwymedig i barhau i feithrin partneriaethau a chydweithrediadau cadarn ar draws y rhwydwaith ehangach &#8211; gydag arweinwyr ysgolion, llunwyr polisi ac ymarferwyr.
