Mae gweithio gyda\u2019r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd mewn Ysgolion (y Rhwydwaith)<\/a> wedi\u2019n helpu ni i gynhyrchu data cadarn, y gallwn weithredu arno, sydd wedi caniat\u00e1u i ni ddeall iechyd a lles ein dysgwyr yn llawn. Fe wnaethom addysgu dysgwyr am rythmau beunyddiol (patrwm mae\u2019r corff dynol yn ei ddilyn sy\u2019n seiliedig ar gloc 24 awr naturiol a mewnol) a\u2019u hannog i ddefnyddio offer fel gosodiadau hidlo golau glas a larymau codiad yr haul. Mae\u2019r rhain yn helpu i reoleiddio patrymau cwsg trwy leihau amlygiad i olau glas ac ysgogi heulwen naturiol yn y bore.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Hefyd, datblygom sloganau ac ymgyrchoedd gweledol i gadw cwsg ar flaen meddyliau pawb. Er enghraifft, fe wnaeth gr\u0175p iACh dan arweiniad dysgwyr (dysgwyr sy\u2019n ymwneud \u00e2 datblygu a chyflwyno amrywiol fentrau iechyd a lles) greu cefndiroedd awtomatig bwrdd gwaith i holl gyfrifiaduron y staff a dysgwyr. Fe wnaeth y rhain gynnwys sloganau bachog, sy\u2019n gwneud i chi feddwl, fel \u201c<em>Y traean hwn o\u2019r diwrnod fydd yn cael yr effaith fwyaf ar weddill y diwrnod<\/em>\u201d i ddeall effaith cwsg ar iechyd a lles dysgwyr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn ogystal, roedd gan Huw Evans, Cydlynydd Ysgolion Iach Conwy y <a href=\"https:\/\/icc.gig.cymru\/gwasanaethau-a-thimau\/cynlluniau-ysgolion-iach-rhwydwaith-cymru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rhwydwaith Ysgolion Cymru sy\u2019n Hybu Iechyd a Lles (WNHWPS)<\/a> ran hanfodol wrth ein helpu i ymh\u00e9l \u00e2\u2019n data gan y Rhwydwaith. O ganlyniad i hyn, nodom fod cwsg yn faes blaenoriaeth ac fe gynorthwyodd ni i archwilio amrywiaeth o strategaethau gweithredu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Goresgyn Rhwystrau: Troi Her yn Gyfranogiad Gweithgar<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nid oedd gweithredu\u2019r mentrau hyn heb ei heriau. I ddechrau, roedd rhai dysgwyr yn amharod i newid eu harferion, yn enwedig o ran lleihau amser o flaen sgrin. I fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 hyn, fe wnaethom eu cynnwys yn y data a\u2019r drafodaeth, gan eu helpu i ddeall pwysigrwydd cwsg ac a\u2019u hannog i gymryd rhan yn weithgar yn y mentrau.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Effaith Dreigl: Buddion Ehangach Cwsg Gwell i Iechyd a Lles&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae gwell cwsg wedi cael effaith dreigl ar agweddau eraill ar fywyd ein dysgwyr. Yn \u00f4l athrawon, mae ffocws ac ymgysylltu yn y dosbarth yn well, gydag un athro\u2019n datgan \u201c<em>Ers i\u2019n myfyrwyr wella\u2019u harferion cysgu, rydym ni wedi gweld hwb amlwg yn eu ffocws, eu cyfranogiad a\u2019u diddordeb cyffredinol mewn gwersi. Maen nhw\u2019n fwy effro, dan lai o straen ac mae fel petaent yn mynd ati i ddysgu gydag agwedd fwy cadarnhaol. Mae cysgu gwell wedi gwella\u2019u lles emosiynol hefyd, gan eu helpu i fod yn bwyllog dan bwysau a dangos mwy o gymhelliad. Ar y cyfan, maen nhw\u2019n iachach, yn fwy cytbwys, ac yn barod i lwyddo yn yr ystafell ddosbarth a\u2019r tu hwnt. Mae\u2019n amlwg bod cwsg yn chwarae r\u00f4l hanfodol yn eu hiechyd a\u2019u lles ac yn eu llwyddiant academaidd<\/em>.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r buddion cyfannol hyn yn pwysleisio pwysigrwydd mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 chwsg fel elfen allweddol o iechyd a lles dysgwyr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Edrych tua\u2019r dyfodol: Cynlluniau yn y dyfodol i wella iechyd a lles dysgwyr&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrth edrych tua\u2019r dyfodol, edrychwn ymlaen at barhau i ddefnyddio ein data gan y Rhwydwaith i lywio ein penderfyniad ar sut gallwn wella iechyd a lles ein dysgwyr ymhellach. Gyda\u2019i gilydd, datblygont gyngor ymarferol ar sut gallai teuluoedd gefnogi cwsg yn well gartref, gan helpu i atgyfnerthu arferion iach. Fe wnaeth argymhellion allweddol gynnwys sefydlu amserlen gwsg gyson, creu trefn amser gwely orffwysol, a chyfyngu ar amser o flaen sgrin cyn mynd i\u2019r gwely i sicrhau gwell ansawdd cwsg. Pwysleisiodd arweiniad ychwanegol bwysigrwydd amgylchedd cysgu cyfforddus, addysgu eu plant am hylendid cwsg ac annog gweithgarwch corfforol i hybu cwsg gorffwysol. Hefyd, cafodd rhieni a gofalwyr eu hannog i osod esiampl gadarnhaol trwy arddangos arferion cysgu da eu hunain. Amlygwyd bod cyfathrebu a chydweithredu \u00e2 mentrau\u2019r ysgol yn hanfodol i gefnogi\u2019r ymdrechion hyn gartref, gan bwysleisio\u2019r cysylltiad rhwng cwsg, iechyd a lles, a llwyddiant academaidd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dyma beth roedd gan un rhiant i\u2019w ddweud am eu hymglymiad a sut mae agwedd y teulu cyfan at gwsg wedi elwa:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u201cMae bod y rhan o\u2019r sesiynau hyn wedi gwneud gwahaniaeth enfawr i arferion cwsg ein teulu. Mae\u2019r awgrymiadau a\u2019r strategaethau ymarferol a ddysgom wedi\u2019n helpu i sefydlu trefn fwy cyson amser gwely ac rydym ni wedi sylwi bod pawb yn cysgu\u2019n well. Mae\u2019r plant wedi ymlacio\u2019n fwy gyda\u2019r nos ac rydym ni i gyd yn fwy ystyriol o gyfyngu ar amser sgrin cyn mynd i\u2019r gwely. Nid dim ond gwell cwsg yw hyn \u2013 mae wedi dwyn ein teulu\u2019n agosach at ei gilydd hefyd gan ein bod ni nawr yn blaenoriaethu ymlacio gyda\u2019n gilydd a chefnogi ein hiechyd a\u2019n lles ein gilydd. Mae hyn yn cynnwys cynnal amserlen gwsg gyson, gan greu trefn amser gwely sy\u2019n orffwysol a lleihau amlygiad i sgriniau cyn mynd i\u2019r gwely.
