Dyna pam rydym yn falch o fod yn bartner dibynadwy sy\u2019n gweithio gydag ysgolion ledled Cymru i wreiddio iechyd a lles yng nghalon bywyd ysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-992cc54227515c47e24d2635178bc6d2\" style=\"color:#002e62\"><strong><strong>Pam mae\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn bwysig<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bob dwy flynedd, mae\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn cynnal casgliad data cenedlaethol yn cynnwys dysgwyr a staff ysgolion. Nid dim ond arolwg yw hwn \u2013 mae\u2019n arf grymus ar gyfer newid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pan fydd ysgolion yn cymryd rhan yng nghasgliad data\u2019r Rhwydwaith, maent yn derbyn data teilwredig, wedi\u2019i feincnodi, sy\u2019n cynnig gwerth gwirioneddol. Mae\u2019r data hwn yn helpu ysgolion i fyfyrio ar eu strategaethau presennol, gan amlygu beth sy\u2019n gweithio\u2019n dda ac ymhle y mae lle i wella. Gyda chipolygon clir, penodol i ysgol, gall athrawon gynllunio ymyriadau targedig sydd wedi\u2019u seilio mewn tystiolaeth ac sy\u2019n gyson \u00e2 chyd-destun unigryw eu hysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pam mae hyn yn bwysig? Oherwydd mae dysgwyr iachach yn ddysgwyr gwell. Pan fydd myfyrwyr yn teimlo\u2019u bod yn ddiogel, wedi\u2019u cefnogi ac yn iach, maen nhw\u2019n fwy tebygol o fynd i\u2019r ysgol, ymddiddori a chyflawni eu potensial llawn. Mae sylfaen iechyd a lles gadarn yn hanfodol i lwyddiant academaidd a thwf personol. Rydym ni\u2019n gweithio\u2019n agos gyda Llywodraeth Cymru, Ysgolion Iach ac Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru i sicrhau bod data lefel ysgol yn cyfrannu at ddealltwriaeth genedlaethol a datblygiad polisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fel y mae Lynne Neagle<strong> <\/strong>AS, Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Addysg, wedi\u2019i amlygu, mae\u2019r gwaith hwn yn ymwneud \u00e2 mwy na data \u2013 mae\u2019n ymwneud \u00e2 grymuso ysgolion i wneud newid ystyrlon parhaus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><blockquote><p>\u201cMae\u2019r Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd mewn Ysgolion yn gonglfaen o ran darparu data a thystiolaeth amhrisiadwy sy\u2019n llunio polisi ac ymarfer. &#8230; Mae\u2019r data hanfodol hwn yn ategu polis\u00efau iechyd meddwl ac addysg Llywodraeth Cymru ac mae\u2019n gyrru gwaith mawr ei effaith yn y sector addysg ehangach ac mewn academia. Dyma pam mae ein harolygon yn archwilio amrywiaeth eang o bynciau sy\u2019n bwysig iawn i ysgolion ac i ddysgwyr. O iechyd meddwl a lles emosiynol, i weithgarwch corfforol, maeth, defnyddio sylweddau, hinsawdd yr ysgol a llais y disgybl \u2013 bwriedir i\u2019n dulliau fod yn gynhwysfawr. O hybu lles dysgwyr i gryfhau ymgysylltu \u00e2\u2019r gymuned, bwriedir i\u2019n dulliau fod yn ymarferol a grymusol. Mae ysgolion yn cael at ddata teilwredig o ansawdd uchel sy\u2019n llywio cynllunio, yn cefnogi arolygiadau ac yn dilyn trywydd cynnydd gydag amser. Rydym yn cynnig cyfleoedd datblygu proffesiynol sy\u2019n helpu staff i dyfu ac rydym yn meithrin diwylliant o gydweithredu trwy rwydwaith cadarn o ysgolion, ymchwilwyr a phartneriaid sector cyhoeddus. Hefyd, mae\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn helpu ysgolion i rymuso pobl ifanc i gymryd yr awenau mewn mentrau lles, gan hyrwyddo diwylliant ysgol cadarnhaol a chynhwysol. O ddarparu data teilwredig o ansawdd uchel i feithrin cydweithredu a thwf proffesiynol, mae\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn helpu ysgolion i wneud newidiadau ystyrlon, gwybodus sydd o fudd i ddysgwyr a staff fel ei gilydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae lleisiau ysgolion eu hunain yn adrodd cyfrolau \u2013 dangos sut mae data\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn cael ei ddefnyddio i lunio cwricwla ymatebol, cefnogi arolygiadau a chryfhau ymagweddau ysgol gyfan at iechyd a lles.
