Yn hytrach nag ei ddefnyddio ar wah\u00e2n, mae\u2019r data yn cael ei adolygu\u2019n rheolaidd, ei archwilio, a\u2019i drafod mewn ysgolion, rhwng swyddi gwahanol a gyda phartneriaid. Drwy gynnal gweithdai rheolaidd, myfyrio strwythuredig, cynllunio ar y cyd a deialog parhaus, mae\u2019r staff wedi datblygu\u2019r sgiliau i nodi tueddiadau, triongli tystiolaeth, a sicrhau bod canfyddiadau\u2019n cyd-fynd \u00e2 blaenoriaethau eu hysgol. Mae\u2019r cysondeb \u00e2\u2019r Cwricwlwm i Gymru, yn enwedig y Maes Dysgu a Phrofiad Iechyd a Lles, yn ategu gwerth strategol y gwaith hwn ymhellach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ar ben hynny, mae gweithredoedd y clwstwr wedi&#8217;u mapio&#8217;n glir i flaenoriaethau cenedlaethol, gan gynnwys cymhwysedd digidol, llais y dysgwr, a lles emosiynol.
