Mae defnyddio data go iawn yn rhoi ffordd syml i athrawon seilio gwersi\u2019n fwy ar brofiad gwirioneddol eu dysgwyr. Mae\u2019r blog hwn yn rhannu enghreifftiau o sut mae ysgolion yn cysylltu them\u00e2u\u2019r Rhwydwaith e.e. iechyd meddwl, cwsg, neu ddewisiadau iach, gyda chynnwys presennol gwersi mewn ffyrdd ystyrlon ac ymarferol.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#7bc144;color:#7bc144\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Ysgol Aberconwy: Defnyddio Data\u2019r Rhwydwaith ar Gwsg mewn Dysgu Dyddiol<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/ysgol-aberconwy-arwain-y-ffordd-o-ran-cwsg-a-lles-i-ddysgwyr\/\">Ysgol Aberconwy<\/a>, defnyddiodd athrawon ddata\u2019u hysgol ar gwsg ar gyfer trafodaethau yn yr ystafell ddosbarth a gweithgareddau ymarferol, fel gwasanaeth ar rythmau beunyddiol, trafodaethau am ddefnyddio sgriniau a chylchoedd cwsg, a her wirfoddol \u201cawr dim technoleg cyn amser gwely\u201d i helpu dysgwyr i fyfyrio ar eu harferion eu hunain. Hefyd, fe wnaeth rhai dosbarthiadau dreialu cofnodi cwsg yn syml dros gyfnod o wythnos, gan helpu dysgwyr i sylwi ar gysylltiadau rhwng eu harferion, eu hwyl, eu gallu i ganolbwyntio, a\u2019u hegni. Cefnogwyd y gweithgareddau ymarferol hyn gydag ymgyrchoedd ysgol gyfan, lle dyluniodd dysgwyr bosteri ac arwain gweithdai i rieni a gofalwyr er mwyn rhannu awgrymiadau ymarferol ar gyfer cwsg gartref, gan helpu\u2019r ysgol i lunio neges gyson am bwysigrwydd cwsg iach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Ysgol Uwchradd Whitmore: Troi Data yn Fyfyrdod Ystyrlon gan Ddysgwyr<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrn.org.uk\/cy\/ysgol-uwchradd-whitmore-lle-maer-rhwydwaith-ymchwil-iechyd-mewn-ysgolion-iechyd-a-lles-a-chysylltiadau-ystyrlon-yn-llywio-cymuned-yr-ysgol\/\">Ysgol Uwchradd Whitmore<\/a> yn cynnig enghraifft gadarn arall o sut gall data\u2019r Rhwydwaith lywio profiadau dysgu ystyrlon i bobl ifanc. Ar \u00f4l adolygu\u2019u canfyddiadau gan y Rhwydwaith, nododd yr ysgol flaenoriaethau allweddol yn ymwneud \u00e2 chyflawniad dysgwyr, cysylltedd \u00e2\u2019r ysgol, a boddhad \u00e2 bywyd. Yna, defnyddiodd athrawon y mewnwelediadau hyn i lywio gweithgareddau targedig, cysylltiedig \u00e2\u2019r cwricwlwm, a helpodd dysgwyr i fyfyrio ar eu lles eu hunain a\u2019u perthnasoedd o fewn cymuned yr ysgol. Roedd hyn yn \u00a0cynnwys trafodaethau strwythuredig yn yr ystafell ddosbarth, sesiynau bugeiliol, a gweithgareddau thematig wedi\u2019u llunio i gryfhau ymdeimlad dysgwyr o berthyn a gwydnwch emosiynol. Trwy wreiddio mewnwelediadau\u2019r Rhwydwaith mewn dysgu bob dydd, rhoddodd Whitmore gyfleoedd clir i ddisgyblion ddeall y data, archwilio beth roedd hynny\u2019n ei olygu iddyn nhw, a chyfrannu at newid cadarnhaol o fewn amgylchedd eu hysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Cefnogi Dull Ysgol Gyfan<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nid yw dwyn tystiolaeth data\u2019r Rhwydwaith i wersi yn eistedd ar wah\u00e2n. Mae\u2019n cysylltu\u2019n naturiol \u00e2 blaenoriaethau iechyd ehangach yr ysgol gyfan, yn enwedig trwy WNHWPS, sy\u2019n defnyddio\u2019r un canfyddiadau gan y Rhwydwaith i:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nodi blaenoriaethau gwella lefel ysgol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>llywio cynlluniau gweithredu ar les<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cryfhau cysondeb rhwng polisi, ymarfer a phrofiadau dysgwyr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pan fydd ystafelloedd dosbarth a strategaethau\u2019r ysgol yn manteisio ar yr un dystiolaeth, mae dysgwyr yn profi ymagwedd gliriach, fwy cydlynol a gallant weld sut mae eu safbwyntiau\u2019n dylanwadu ar benderfyniadau ar draws yr ysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Magu Hyder wrth Ddefnyddio Tystiolaeth mewn Addysg<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r adnoddau hyn sy\u2019n dod i\u2019r amlwg yn cynrychioli cam tuag at helpu ysgolion i ddefnyddio data lles yn fwy gweithgar, nid dim ond rhywbeth y mae angen adrodd amdano. Pan fydd canfyddiadau\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn cael eu cysylltu \u00e2 llwybrau gwersi strwythuredig, mae athrawon yn cael cefnogaeth i:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dwys\u00e1u myfyrdod dysgwyr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cryfhau llais y dysgwr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cynnig profiadau cwricwlwm ymatebol a mwy perthnasol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defnyddio tystiolaeth i lywio ac addasu addysgu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grymuso dysgwyr i wneud synnwyr o\u2019u profiadau eu hunain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae hyn yn ymwneud \u00e2 dangos beth sy\u2019n bosibl pan fydd data\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn dod yn rhan o ddysgu, nid dim ond rhan o bolisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Gwneud y Mwyaf o Ddata Eich Ysgol<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae ysgolion sy\u2019n defnyddio\u2019r dull hwn yn cael eu hannog i ddechrau trwy adolygu eu canfyddiadau cenedlaethol a lefel ysgol y Rhwydwaith. O\u2019r fan honno, gallant nodi pynciau sy\u2019n fwyaf perthnasol i\u2019w dysgwyr a dewis y gwersi neu feysydd y cwricwlwm lle mae\u2019r them\u00e2u hyn yn codi\u2019n naturiol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hefyd, mae cyfleoedd y tu hwnt i ABCh. Mae rhai ysgolion yn dechrau cysylltu data\u2019r Rhwydwaith \u00e2 Maes Dysgu a Phrofiad Mathemateg a Rhifedd, gan ddefnyddio data go iawn yr ysgol ar gyfer gweithgareddau trin data dilys sy\u2019n meithrin sgiliau rhifedd ac ymgysylltiad dysgwyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Llwybr Cysylltiedig, wedi\u2019i Yrru gan Dystiolaeth, ar gyfer Iechyd a Lles<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trwy integreiddio tystiolaeth y Rhwydwaith i gynnwys gwersi, gall ysgolion gynnig mwy na gwybodaeth i ddysgwyr, gallant ddarparu lle i fyfyrio, gofyn cwestiynau, ac ymh\u00e9l yn weithgar \u00e2 materion sy\u2019n effeithio arnyn nhw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r ymagwedd hon yn cryfhau gwersi unigol, ond mae hefyd yn cyfrannu at ysgolion sy\u2019n hyrwyddo iechyd ac sy\u2019n fwy myfyriol a chynhwysol yn gyffredinol.
