Yn y sesiwn, roedd safbwyntiau Graham yn adleisio\u2019r hyn y mae llawer o ysgolion o bob rhan o Gymru eisoes yn s\u00f4n amdano, sef bod hinsawdd yn brofiad byw sy\u2019n cael ei deimlo bob dydd, nid ei fesur ar dudalen yn unig. Mae&#8217;r blog hwn yn dwyn ynghyd negeseuon allweddol y weminar ac yn dangos sut maen nhw&#8217;n cysylltu \u00e2 gwaith parhaus y Rhwydwaith i helpu ysgolion i ddeall a defnyddio eu data.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#7bc144;color:#7bc144\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Y mis diwethaf, cynhaliwyd gweminar gyda&#8217;r Athro Graham Moore, Cyfarwyddwr DECIPHer ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd, i ystyried rhywbeth sy&#8217;n teimlo&#8217;n gynyddol ganolog i fywyd ysgol bob dydd \u2013 hinsawdd ysgol, a&#8217;r hyn y mae&#8217;n ei olygu i iechyd meddwl pobl ifanc. Bu\u2019r sesiwn yn llwyddiant gyda\u2019r gynulleidfa gan ei bod wedi cysylltu ymchwil \u00e2&#8217;r hyn y mae ysgolion yn ei brofi bob dydd. Bydd llawer o&#8217;r hyn a rannodd yn teimlo&#8217;n gyfarwydd iawn i&#8217;r staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soniodd Graham am hinsawdd ysgolion fel \u2018yr ymdeimlad\u2019 a geir mewn ysgol, y perthnasoedd, yr arferion a\u2019r ymdeimlad o ddiogelwch sy\u2019n sail i bopeth arall. Pwysleisiodd nad yw hinsawdd yn rhywbeth y gallwch chi ei \u2018ychwanegu at ysgol.\u2019 Dyma\u2019r diwylliant bob dydd sy\u2019n creu profiad pobl ifanc yn yr ysgol. Dyma&#8217;r math o beth y mae staff yn ei adnabod ar unwaith, hyd yn oed os nad ydyn nhw erioed wedi&#8217;i alw&#8217;n &#8216;hinsawdd ysgol&#8217; o&#8217;r blaen. Dyma rywbeth darodd dant. Nid yn y data yn unig y mae hinsawdd yn bodoli; rydych chi&#8217;n sylwi arno\u2019r eiliad y byddwch chi&#8217;n camu i mewn i ysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yr hyn a arhosodd gyda mi oedd ei fod yn cyd-fynd \u00e2&#8217;r hyn y mae ysgolion o bob rhan o Gymru eisoes yn ei wneud trwy\u2019r Rhwydwaith. Mae ysgolion yn gyson yn gorfod ymdopi \u00e2 phwysau sy\u2019n cystadlu \u00e2\u2019i gilydd, ond mae\u2019r syniad bod data da, perthnasoedd dibynadwy, a chefnogaeth gan y rhai sy&#8217;n deall y cyd-destun lleol yn gwneud gwahaniaeth go iawn yn rhywbeth sydd wedi bod wrth wraidd y rhwydwaith erioed. Roedd yn galonogol clywed Graham yn myfyrio ar hynny, ac i weld sut mae ei safbwynt ymchwil ehangach yn cysylltu ag ymarfer bob dydd yng Nghymru. Fe wnaeth fy atgoffa pa mor aml y mae ysgolion yn s\u00f4n mai&#8217;r pethau bach bob dydd sydd bwysicaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fe wnaethon ni hefyd s\u00f4n am r\u00f4l bwysig Cydlynwyr Rhwydwaith Ysgolion Cymru sy\u2019n Hybu Iechyd a Lles. Nhw yw&#8217;r bobl ar lawr gwlad sy&#8217;n cefnogi ysgolion i gael golwg fanwl ar ei hadroddiadau gan y Rhwydwaith, gwneud synnwyr o&#8217;r hyn maen nhw&#8217;n ei weld, a defnyddio&#8217;r wybodaeth hynny i gynllunio newidiadau ystyrlon. Mae eu gwaith yn helpu i ddod \u00e2&#8217;r data\u2019n fyw ac yn dangos sut y gall ddylanwadu ar benderfyniadau go iawn mewn ysgolion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd y weminar wedi ein hatgoffa nad rhywbeth rydych chi&#8217;n darllen amdani mewn ymchwil yw hinsawdd ysgolion yn unig \u2013 mae&#8217;n rhywbeth rydych chi&#8217;n ei weld a&#8217;i deimlo mewn ysgolion bob dydd. Rydyn ni\u2019n ei weld bob dydd mewn ystafelloedd dosbarth, coridorau, yn y ffreutur ac mewn sgyrsiau. Rydyn ni&#8217;n ei weld mewn pethau arferol sy&#8217;n digwydd bob dydd, yn y ffordd mae dysgwyr yn cael eu croesawu, eu cefnogi, a&#8217;u clywed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os oes gennych ddiddordeb mewn enghreifftiau ymarferol, mae ein hastudiaethau achos o Ysgol Gynradd Cogan a Ysgol Uwchradd Whitmore yn dangos sut mae ysgolion wedi defnyddio eu data SHRN i gryfhau cysylltiadau, gwella trosglwyddiadau a chreu teimlad mwy cysylltiedig o berthyn. Nid enghreifftiau damcaniaethol yw\u2019r rhain; mae\u2019n straeon am ysgolion sy\u2019n gwneud newidiadau sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar hinsawdd sy\u2019n cefnogi lles dysgwyr yn wirioneddol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ac i ysgolion uwchradd a gymerodd ran yn yr arolwg 2025, bydd eich adroddiadau SHRN yn cyrraedd y gwanwyn hwn. Bydd llawer ohonoch yn edrych yn agos ar eich dangosyddion hinsawdd eich hun e.e. cysylltiadau \u00e2 staff, cysylltiadau cyd-ddisgyblion, ymdeimlad o berthyn, cymryd rhan mewn bywyd yr ysgol. Gall y mesurau hyn adrodd stori bwerus dros amser, yn enwedig pan fyddwch yn eu hail-adolygu ochr yn ochr \u00e2\u2019ch blaenoriaethau ehangach o ran iechyd a lles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd gwe-digwyddiad Graham yn atgof defnyddiol bod gwella lles ddim bob amser yn golygu cyflwyno rhywbeth newydd. Yn aml, mae&#8217;n ymwneud \u00e2 gryfhau&#8217;r hyn sydd eisoes yn rhan o ddiwylliant yr ysgol: tegwch, perthnasoedd, llais, a theimlo&#8217;n ddiogel.<br><br>Rydym yn falch o weithio ochr yn ochr ag ysgolion wrth iddynt adeiladu ar y sylfeini hyn gan ddefnyddio eu data a mewnwelediadau SHRN eu hunain.<br>Os colliwyd y gwe-digwyddiad, gallwch ei wylio yma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os oes gennych ddiddordeb yn y sgwrs ehangach am y ymchwil hwn, mae <em><a href=\"https:\/\/acamh.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/journal\/14697610\">Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry<\/a><\/em> wedi cyhoeddi sylw yn ddiweddar yn adeiladu ar adolygiad Graham.
