Mae eu profiad yn ein hatgoffa bod newid ystyrlon yn aml yn dechrau gydag un cwestiwn a pharodrwydd i\u2019w drin a\u2019i drafod gyda\u2019n gilydd.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#7bc144;color:#7bc144\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Gan weithio gydag ysgolion ledled Cymru, rydyn ni\u2019n aml yn siarad am ddata\u2019r Rhwydwaith fel man cychwyn, fel ffordd o sbarduno cwestiynau, herio rhagdybiaethau, a rhoi rhywbeth cadarn i ysgolion adeiladu arno. Gwnaeth gwaith lles digidol diweddar Ysgol Gynradd Abbey droi hynny\u2019n realiti i ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae eu hastudiaeth achos yn dangos sut gwnaethon nhw ddefnyddio eu canfyddiadau eu hunain, ond o\u2019n safbwynt ni, yr hyn a safodd allan oedd nid yn unig yr hyn a wnaethon nhw, ond y ffordd gwnaethon nhw ymdrin \u00e2&#8217;r broses gyfan. Yn hytrach na thrin eu data ar lefel yr ysgol fel rhywbeth i\u2019w ddehongli y tu \u00f4l i ddrysau caeedig, maen nhw&#8217;n ei roi&#8217;n syth yn nwylo eu dysgwyr. Gwnaeth gweld eu data eu hunain helpu i newid y drafodaeth o rifau i brofiad go iawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yr hyn y sylwon ni arno oedd bod yr ysgol wedyn gadael i&#8217;r data ysgogi chwilfrydedd, yn hytrach na&#8217;u gwthio tuag at ymateb sefydlog. Datblygodd sgyrsiau yn naturiol, gyda staff a dysgwyr yn edrych ar y canfyddiadau gyda\u2019i gilydd ac yn gadael i chwilfrydedd eu tywys. Mae\u2019n ein hatgoffa nad oes angen i arfer sy\u2019n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth fod yn gymhleth; dim ond lle sydd ei angen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gwnaeth yr ysgol ymgorffori\u2019r gwaith hwn yn yr hyn a oedd yn digwydd yn barod ledled y cwricwlwm. Roedd dylanwad digidol, ymddygiad ar-lein a lles yn eistedd yn daclus ym Maes Dysgu a Phrofiad Iechyd a Lles a\u2019r Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol. Ni cheisiodd yr ysgol ailddyfeisio ei hun; cryfhaodd yr hyn a oedd yno eisoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cawson ni ein taro hefyd gan yr ymrwymiad i lais y disgybl. Pan fydd ysgolion yn rhoi\u2019r amser, yr ymddiriedaeth a&#8217;r offer i ddysgwyr ddehongli data eu hunain, mae ansawdd y ddealltwriaeth yn trawsnewid. Ni ymatebodd Blwyddyn 6 i&#8217;r hyn a ddywedodd y data; gwnaethon nhw ei wthio ymhellach. Gwnaethon nhw edrych nhw ar sut mae algorithmau\u2019n dylanwadu ar eu profiadau a myfyrio ar sut mae bywyd digidol yn effeithio arnyn nhw. Y cyfuniad hwnnw o ddata strwythuredig a myfyrdod gonest gan ddysgwyr yw&#8217;r union fath o bartneriaeth y cafodd y Rhwydwaith ei ddatblygu i&#8217;w chefnogi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efallai mai&#8217;r rhan fwyaf calonogol oedd gweld sut roedd y data yn dod \u00e2 phawb at ei gilydd. Staff, dysgwyr a theuluoedd yn rhan o\u2019r un sgwrs. Pan gaiff ei ddefnyddio&#8217;n dda, mae&#8217;n dod yn iaith a rennir y gall pawb ymgynnull o&#8217;i chwmpas i wneud synnwyr ohoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrth i ni edrych ymlaen at arolwg 2026 y Rhwydwaith, mae\u2019r daith hon yn atgyfnerthu rhywbeth rydyn ni wedi sylwi arno dro ar \u00f4l tro: nid yw newid ystyrlon yn deillio o fod a\u2019r holl atebion ar y dechrau. Mae\u2019n deillio o fod yn fodlon ystyried, cwestiynu ac addasu. Pan fydd ysgol yn trin adroddiad y Rhwydwaith fel gwahoddiad agored yn hytrach na rhywbeth i gael ei farnu yn ei \u00f4l, rydych chi&#8217;n cael y math o waith meddylgar, sy&#8217;n canolbwyntio ar y dysgwr, a welson ni yma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae eu profiad yn ein hatgoffa nad yw lles digidol yn ddim ond pwnc\u2014mae\u2019n rhan fyw ac esblygol o fywydau plant.
