Mae\u2019r astudiaeth yn cynnig golwg sylfaenol ar sut mae ysgolion yn gweithio gyda data ar hyn o bryd a\u2019r heriau ymarferol a wynebant. Yn y blog hwn, rydym yn rhannu darganfyddiadau\u2019r ymchwil a pham mae\u2019n bwysig i ysgolion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#7bc144;color:#7bc144\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Pam Dangosfwrdd Lefel Ysgol y Rhwydwaith?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae ysgolion yn casglu ac yn gallu cael at amrywiaeth eang o ddata yn gysylltiedig ag iechyd e.e. canfyddiadau arolygon, patrymau presenoldeb, gwybodaeth diogelu, a chofnodion lles, ond yn aml, mae staff yn cael trafferth dwyn y setiau data hyn ynghyd i gefnogi cynllunio o ddydd i ddydd. Prinder amser, capasiti a hyder oedd y rhwystrau mwyaf. Yn achos adroddiadau adborth y Rhwydwaith yn benodol, dywedodd athrawon wrthym eu bod yn gwerthfawrogi\u2019r mewnwelediadau, ond roedd yn her weithiau cael amser i archwilio\u2019r holl siartiau a phatrymau gr\u0175p blwyddyn mor llawn ag y byddent yn dymuno gwneud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn rhan o\u2019r astudiaeth, mae Dangosfwrdd Digidol Ysgolion Uwchradd newydd y Rhwydwaith wedi cael ei ddylunio ar y cyd \u00e2 dysgwyr, staff ysgolion a chydlynwyr ysgolion iach WNHWPS i liniaru\u2019r pwysau hyn. Mae\u2019n dwyn setiau data\u2019r Rhwydwaith ynghyd mewn un lle, gan roi ffordd weledol a syml i staff archwilio patrymau, cymharu grwpiau blwyddyn a sylwi ar anghenion sy\u2019n dod i\u2019r amlwg, heb fod angen plymio i daenlenni. Darganfu\u2019r astudiaeth beilot hon, ar raddfa fach, fod y dangosfwrdd yn helpu staff i gyflymu\u2019r broses o gael at y data iechyd a lles oedd o ddiddordeb iddynt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Beth ddywedodd ysgolion wrthym<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trwy ddefnyddio lens Systemau Addasol Cymhleth, archwiliodd yr ymchwil sut mae\u2019r dangosfwrdd yn ffitio i amgylcheddau ysgol prysur, sy\u2019n newid yn gyson. Dywedodd staff yn yr ysgolion peilot ei bod hi\u2019n hawdd dod i ddeall y dangosfwrdd a\u2019i fod, mewn gwirionedd, yn arbed amser iddynt. Roedd gallu gweld \u201ccipolwg\u201d ar ddata yn ei gwneud hi\u2019n haws nodi problemau\u2019n gynnar a deall tueddiadau ar draws grwpiau blwyddyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pwysleisiodd ysgolion hefyd fod yn rhaid i unrhyw ddangosfwrdd cenedlaethol gefnogi eu baich gwaith presennol \u2013 nid ychwanegu ato. Amlygodd cyfranogwyr y gallai\u2019r offeryn helpu gydag adrodd addysgol ehangach, gan hwyluso cynllunio ar draws feysydd lles, diogelu a\u2019r cwricwlwm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd hyder yn thema allweddol o hyd. Er bod staff yn gwerthfawrogi gallu cael at ddata\u2019n haws, roedd llawer ohonynt yn poeni o hyd am ei ddehongli\u2019n gywir. Gofynnont am ganllawiau byr, enghreifftiau ymarferol ac, yn achos staff sy\u2019n llai cyfarwydd \u00e2\u2019r Rhwydwaith a defnyddio data, hyfforddiant i\u2019w helpu i deimlo\u2019n gymwys i wneud. Mae hyn yn adleisio adborth ehangach ar draws y Rhwydwaith: mae ysgolion eisiau data sydd wir yn gallu cael ei ddefnyddio ac sy\u2019n darparu mewnwelediadau clir, y gellir gweithredu arnynt, i gynorthwyo \u00e2 hybu iechyd gan ysgolion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Lansio Dangosfwrdd Digidol Newydd y Rhwydwaith ym mis Rhagfyr 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gan adeiladu ar ganfyddiadau\u2019r peilot a blynyddoedd o waith arolygon y Rhwydwaith, bydd Dangosfwrdd Digidol Ysgolion Uwchradd newydd y Rhwydwaith yn lansio ym mis Rhagfyr 2026. Bydd y fersiwn ddiweddaredig hon, yn dwyn nifer o gylchoedd yr arolwg ynghyd, gan gynnig ffordd fwy hyblyg a rhyngweithiol o lawer i ysgolion ddeall iechyd a lles dysgwyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;r astudiaeth yn awgrymu bod gan y dangosfwrdd newydd botensial cadarn i gynorthwyo \u00e2 chynllunio\u2019r cwricwlwm, a gwaith lles ysgol gyfan \u2013 ond dim ond os yw\u2019n cyd-fynd yn hwylus \u00e2 sut mae ysgolion eisoes yn gweithredu a\u2019r pwysau presennol a wynebant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Beth fydd y Dangosfwrdd yn helpu ysgolion i\u2019w wneud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pan fydd yn fyw, bydd y dangosfwrdd yn galluogi ysgolion i:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Olrhain newidiadau mewn ymddygiadau iechyd a lles gydag amser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sylwi ar broblemau sy\u2019n dod i\u2019r amlwg ar draws grwpiau gwahanol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cymharu eu canlyniadau \u00e2 phatrymau cenedlaethol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cefnogi sgyrsiau wedi\u2019u llywio gan ddata gyda dysgwyr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dyma\u2019r union fathau o nodweddion y gofynnodd ysgolion amdanynt: mewnwelediadau cliriach, gallu symud o gwmpas y dangosfwrdd yn symlach, a chynllunio haws. Ac yn anad dim, ni fydd angen meddalwedd ychwanegol na sgiliau arbenigol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Edrych tua\u2019r dyfodol<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r peilot yn dangos bod ysgolion eisiau defnyddio data yn ystyrlon ond mae angen offer arnynt sy\u2019n arbed amser, gyda chefnogaeth syml. Mae\u2019r dangosfwrdd newydd yn gam i\u2019r perwyl hwnnw. Hefyd, mae\u2019r astudiaeth yn cynnig mewnwelediad prin, yn seiliedig ar ymarfer, i systemau iechyd cyhoeddus sy\u2019n gweithio gydag ysgolion ar wella yn seiliedig ar ddata.
