Yn ddiweddar, cefais gyfle i glywed gan Kim Wilyman, ymarferydd sy\u2019n Arweinydd Ysgolion sy\u2019n Hybu Iechyd a Lles (WNHWPS) ar gyfer Bro Morgannwg, am sut beth yw hyn yn ymarferol, a sut mae partneriaeth y Rhwydwaith yn cefnogi ysgolion ar draws Bro Morgannwg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yr hyn a wnaeth sefyll allan yn glir oedd cymaint y mae\u2019r Rhwydwaith wir wedi gwreiddio. I Kim a\u2019i th\u00eem, nid rhywbeth ar wah\u00e2n yw\u2019r Rhwydwaith, mae\u2019n rhan o\u2019u sgyrsiau bob dydd gydag ysgolion. O gefnogi Arolwg Iechyd a Lles Myfyrwyr y Rhwydwaith, i\u2019w helpu i wneud synnwyr o\u2019r adroddiadau lefel ysgol gan y Rhwydwaith, y ffocws yw helpu ysgolion i ddefnyddio\u2019r data hwn go iawn.&nbsp; A dyna ble mae ysgolion wir yn dechrau gweld y gwerth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siaradodd Kim am sut mae\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn helpu ysgolion i gamu\u2019n \u00f4l a nodi beth sydd bwysicaf i\u2019w dysgwyr. Nid yw\u2019n ymwneud dim ond ag adnabod heriau; mae\u2019n ymwneud hefyd \u00e2 chydnabod beth sydd eisoes yn mynd yn dda. Mae ysgolion yn defnyddio\u2019u data i lywio cynllunio, cefnogi pontio, cynnwys grwpiau llais y disgybl a llunio\u2019u cwricwlwm mewn ffordd sy\u2019n adlewyrchu profiadau go iawn eu dysgwyr. Mae\u2019n ymwneud yn llai \u00e2 \u201cgwneud y Rhwydwaith\u201d a mwy am gryfhau beth mae ysgolion eisoes yn anelu at ei gyflawni o ran iechyd a lles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un peth a wnaeth sefyll allan yn gryf i mi oedd nad oes disgwyl i ysgolion wneud hyn ar eu pen eu hunain. Mae timau WNHWPS yn gweithio\u2019n agos gyda nhw, gan helpu i ddehongli data, eu cysylltu ag adnoddau perthnasol, a chefnogi datblygiad cynlluniau gweithredu a hunanwerthuso sy\u2019n teimlo\u2019n realistig. Hefyd, mae cefnogaeth barhaus gydag adolygu cynnydd, felly nid proses untro ydyw ond rhywbeth y gall ysgolion adeiladu arno gydag amser. Dyna pryd y mae cymryd rhan yn arolwg y Rhwydwaith yn rheolaidd wir yn gwneud gwahaniaeth. Gydag amser, mae\u2019n rhoi darlun llawer cliriach i ysgolion o\u2019r hyn sy\u2019n newid i\u2019w dysgwyr. O beth sy\u2019n gwella, beth sydd angen ffocws o hyd, a ble mae camau gweithredu yn cael effaith. Yn hytrach na dim ond cael ciplun, mae\u2019n helpu ysgolion i ddilyn trywydd cynnydd, addasu eu dull, a theimlo\u2019n fwy hyderus bod eu gweithredoedd wir yn gweithio. Hefyd, mae\u2019n caniat\u00e1u i ysgolion weld sut maent yn cymharu \u00e2 meincnodau cenedlaethol a rhanbarthol, gan helpu i roi eu data mewn cyd-destun. Mae\u2019r set ddata ehangach honno yn cryfhau\u2019r Rhwydwaith ei hun, gan ei wneud yn adnodd mwyfwy gwerthfawr ar gyfer deall tueddiadau a chefnogi penderfyniadau wedi\u2019u llywio gan dystiolaeth ar lefel ysgol, leol a chenedlaethol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fe wnaeth un astudiaeth achos a rannodd Kim wir ddod \u00e2 hyn yn fyw. Ar \u00f4l edrych ar eu data gan y Rhwydwaith, nododd un ysgol gynradd fod cwsg yn faes yr oedd eisiau canolbwyntio arno. Yn hytrach na bod hyn yn cael ei arwain yn gyfan gwbl gan staff, dysgwyr eu hunain a gymerodd yr awenau, gan weithio trwy\u2019r canfyddiadau, nodi blaenoriaethau a chreu adnoddau i\u2019w rhannu gyda chymuned ehangach yr ysgol. Tyfodd yr hyn a ddechreuodd ar ffurf mewnwelediad gan ddata\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn waith ehangach ar draws yr ysgol, gan gynnwys ymgysylltu \u00e2 llywodraethwyr, diwrnodau lles a chynlluniau i wreiddio dysgu yn y cwricwlwm. Mae\u2019n enghraifft dda o\u2019r hyn a all ddigwydd pan fydd llais y disgybl yn ganolog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hefyd, mae ymdeimlad cryf fod ysgolion yn dysgu oddi wrth ei gilydd. Trwy weithdai clwstwr yn y Fro, mae ysgolion wedi cael cyfle i ddod ynghyd, rhannu profiadau ac edrych ar flaenoriaethau cyffredin. Mae\u2019r mannau hyn yn helpu ysgolion i gysylltu\u2019r dotiau, yn enwedig o ran pontio ym Mlwyddyn 6, trwy edrych ar yr hyn sy\u2019n bwysig i ddysgwyr sy\u2019n symud rhwng ysgolion cynradd ac uwchradd. Mae\u2019n ymarferol ac wedi\u2019i seilio ar ddata go iawn y Rhwydwaith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yr hyn a wnaeth sefyll allan i mi oedd gymaint y mae hwn yn waith sy\u2019n esblygu. Wrth i\u2019r Rhwydwaith barhau i dyfu, mae cyfle go iawn i adeiladu darlun mwy a gwell o les dysgwyr ar draws Cymru, ac i ymateb iddo mewn ffordd fwy cysylltiedig. Mae\u2019r darlun cyfunol hwnnw yn cryfhau\u2019r Rhwydwaith ei hun, gan ei wneud yn adnodd cenedlaethol mwyfwy gwerthfawr. I dimau WNHWPS lleol, mae hynny\u2019n golygu gallu cefnogi ysgolion yn fwy effeithiol. I ysgolion, mae\u2019n golygu cael sylfaen dystiolaeth gliriach i lywio penderfyniadau a dangos effaith dros gyfnod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O safbwynt Cyfnewid Gwybodaeth, mae sgyrsiau fel hyn wir yn dangos nad dim ond yn y data ei hun y mae cryfder y Rhwydwaith, mae yn y perthnasoedd o\u2019i gwmpas, hefyd. Y bartneriaeth rhwng ysgolion, timau iechyd cyhoeddus a rhwydwaith ehangach y Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd mewn Ysgolion yn ei wireddu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ac fel y dywedodd Kim, mae gwerth go iawn mewn ymestyn allan gan ysgolion, gofyn cwestiynau a gwneud y mwyaf o\u2019r cymorth o\u2019u cwmpas.
