Effaith Ysgolion

Mae SHRN wedi llwyddo i recriwtio pob ysgol a gynhelir yng Nghymru fel aelodau, gan ddod yn rhan o’r system gwella iechyd ysgolion ar lefel leol yn y broses. Rydym yn gweithio’n agos â’r sectorau addysg ac iechyd yng Nghymru, gan gefnogi ysgolion i weithio gyda chyrff iechyd rhanbarthol, er enghraifft Rhwydwaith Cynlluniau Ysgolion Iach Cymru a gwasanaethau awdurdodau lleol.

Rydym yn annog pob ysgol sy’n aelod o’r rhwydwaith i’n diweddaru ni ar y ffordd maen nhw’n defnyddio data SHRN a sut gallai’r rhwydwaith gefnogi eu gwaith cynllunio iechyd seiliedig ar dystiolaeth.

Cymerwyd y darnau hyn o ffurflenni gwerthuso’r Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Iechyd Ysgol:

“The School Health Research Network is now a central piece of our school’s self-evaluation processes. Along with other data sets it allows us to measure progress in aspects of our school’s approach to the health and wellbeing of students. In addition we can now compare our feedback against other schools across Wales and helps us hold the mirror up to our practice and provision. Alongside this the Environment Questionnaire helps me as a senior leader to explore the links to curriculum design, leadership and community based resource opportunities.”
